Adobo: pork marinated with chicha and spices, cooked in a pot.
Ocopa: boiled potatoes, topped with cheese sauce, beans, onions, olives and hot peppers.
Escribano: potato salad, red pepper, vinegar, oil, tomatoes and parsley.
Pebre: soup with lamb, beef, or corned mutton woolen
