Arequipa, known as the "White City", it has an altitude of 2,328 meter above the sea level and has a distance of 1003 km from Lima. The climate is dry and semi-arid climate with 300 sunny days during the year, with temperatures rising to 25 C and rarely fall below 10 C. The wet season lasts from December to March and there is presence of clouds in the afternoon and a little rain. In winter from June to July, the weather gets a little colder and the temperature drops to an average of 10 C, but the dry climate helps to feel the cold less intensity. Here you can visit the Santa Catalina Monastery which is the most important and impressive religious monument, founded in September 1579, it preserves intact the characteristics of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, narrow spaces, streets and gardens with Spanish names as the old districts of Seville and Granada. Yahuara, is 2 km. from the center of the city of Arequipa, 8 minutes by car.

It was built in the nineteenth century and consists of a series of arches of ashlar in which are recorded the words of famous Arequipa. The place has a privileged view of the city and the Misti volcano. Colca Canyon, it is located 148 km northeast of Arequipa, the Colca Canyon is known to be one of the depths of the earth, formed by the river of the same name and for practice in recent years, adventure sports, such as canoeing and paragliding. There are 14 villages spread over the valley, full of life and color.

Puno, southeast of Peru, has an altitude between 3,810 to 4,050 meters, and at a distance of 1335 km from Lima. In general the weather is cold and dry, to be located on the lake the climate is tempered by the influence of the lake. The annual rainfall generally last from December to April. The temperature is very variable, with marked differences between June and November and with oscillations between a maximum average temperature of 21 C and a low of -15 C. the first place that everybody wants to visit is the Titicaca Lake which is at an altitude of 3812 meters, it is the highest navigable lake in the world and is ranked 19th in the world by area. The average annual temperature of the lake is 13 C. there you can visit the Uros Island, is a set of floating islands made based on totora, indigenous people are descended from one of the oldest cultures of America. The main economic activities of the Uros are fishing and hunting are also engaged in the weaving of wool carpets and stuffed animals. To reach these islands you have to take the motor boats services, which depart from the Port of Puno, visiting this place takes about 3 hours. Taquile Island, its economy is based on fishing, farming potatoes and tourism, they receives 40.000 visitors annually. The Taquile are especially known for its textiles, which are among the finest craftsmanship not only in Peru but in the world.

Ica, is located in south central Peru, it is about 4 hours from Lima. The oasis of Huacachina, located 5 km from the city of Ica is surrounded by sand dunes, suitable for practicing the sport of sandboarding and other adventure sports. Nazca, its weather is warm dry sunny throughout the year, with an average temperature of 23 C. Summer temperatures exceed 30 C from January to March. Here you can overflight the Nazca Lines, the geoglyphs represent figures of animals and plants, and some of these figures can reach up to 300 meters in length and occupy an area of1000 m. Chauchilla Cemetery is located 10 km south of the town of Nasca, it has pre-Inca pottery and mummies. Paracas National Reserve, it was created to protect the various species of flora and fauna that live there. Ballestas Islands is a group of small islands near the city of Pisco, it has important variety of fauna as guanay, piquero and zarcillo bird, and will also see Peruvian penguins which are endangered. The Ballestas Islands are home of the sea lions.
