Espesado

It is a kind of soup which is prepared every Monday, made with shredded corn and beef brisket soup, usually served with rice.

Chinguirito

Is a kind of ceviche, made with dried and frayed guitar fish, prepared with lemon, salt, pepper and onion. Served with yucca and sweet potatoes.

Tortilla de raya

Made from eggs, raya fish, the tortilla de raya is one of the most popular dishes of northern Peru.

Chirimpico

It is goat or lamb minuteness. Served with boiled cassava, sweet potato slices and corn kernels.

Seco de cabrito

It’s goat into pieces and served with rice, beans and boiled yucca.

Arroz con pato (Rice with duck)

Delicious dish made with rice, loche (pumpkin in the region), and fried duck.

Migadito

The migadito is composed of ground rice with pork tripe accompanied by potatoes and a special dressing

Panquitas de Life

Freshwater fish wrapped in pancas (husks) of corn and grilled.

Causa Monsefuana

Based on salted fish, served with whipped potatoes, cassava, banana, sweet potato, boiled corn and onions.

King Kong

It is a dessert, a big gingerbread, sweet and traditional, handmade in the beginning to pure fresh milk of cow.

Chicha de Jora

Drink made from pre-Inca era, is made from jora corn.
