Lima's cuisine is a combination that represents all groups of people who are part of the city; Europe, Asia, and Andean cuisine are blended to create what is now known as the kitchen of Lima. The food sector is an important part of the tourism economy of Lima, since many of the best restaurants in South America and the chefs are there.
