Located just 3 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, The Hotel Ruinas is a new small hotel just opened in 1998.

There is a small lobby area; the cozy bar and a dining room are located just off the lobby area.

The hotel offers room service, laundry service and has fax and e-mail service.

There are only 34 rooms, each with color TV with cable, in-room safe, and private bathrooms complete with hair dryer, in-room electronic safety box, in-room smoke detector, wall to wall carpet, fully stocked mini bar / frigobar.

Additionally, in case the room is shared by both a taxable and a non-taxable guest at the same time, the Sales Tax will be applied.
