Puerto varas and Chiloe island  5 days - 4 nights  All Year Round

DAY 1: PUERTO MONTT - PUERTO VARAS
Arrival at the airport and transfer to Puerto Varas, the city of roses, at the shore of the beautiful Llanquihue Lake, with a panoramic view of the Andes mountain range. On the way, a visit to Puerto Montt, capital of the 10th Region, and its interesting crafts and sea products market. The rest of the day is off. Overnight at the hotel in Puerto Varas.

DAY 2: PUERTO VARAS - CHILOÉ ISLAND - ANCUD
Excursion to the mythical island of Chiloé. Sailing across Chacao canal, will give you the chance to sight, if lucky, dolphins, sea lions, and many seabirds. A visit to a museum in Ancud with an interesting collection from the islands’ historic dawn and reproductions of their mythical figures. Alter lunch at a local restaurant (lunch included), we will have the opportunity to visit on reproduction and nesting summer time (Oct to March), the colony of penguins located at Islotes Punihuil (Punihuil islets) (visit and navigation to the penguins not included). Way back and overnight at the hotel in Puerto Varas. (B, L)

DAY 3: VOLCÁN OSORNO - SALTOS DE PETROHUÉ
Trip to the first Chilean national park, “Vicente Pérez Rosales”. Coming to Ensenada through a road bording Llanquihue Lake. From there we begin the climb of Osorno volcano. The trip continues going down the volcano towards Petrohué, finally getting to the amazing “Saltos de Petrohué” (Petrohue Waterfalls). Overnight and dinner at Hotel Petrohué. (B, D)


DAY 4: VICENTE PÉREZ ROSALES NATIONAL PARK
Various excursions to discover this national park (2 half day tours or 1 full day tour) await you. Dinner and overnight at Petrohué Hotel. (B, D)

DAY 5: PETROHUÉ - PUERTO MONTT
Transfer to the airport to take your flight (B)
