8 to 12	San Martín	Tarapoto Tourist Week. Typical food and dancing.
12	Madre de Dios	Regional Agricultural and Handicraft Madre de Dios' Fair in Puerto Maldonado. Regions products, Jungle handicraft, diverse entertainments, sightseeing tour by boat from Puerto Maldonado. This is an opportunity to visit the "Collpa  de Guacamayos" (macaws) worldwide known as the largest in the Amazon region. There are also parrots and parakeets.
16	Huancavelica	"Mamacha" Carmen - Angaraes.  The Virgin Carmen is the Saint of Lircay. Religious activities, parties and bullfights are held during the celebrations, which last for many days.
18 to 19	Tumbes	Festival of Marinera - Zarumilla.
20 to Aug 2	Ancash	Great Ancash Regional Fair. A Handicraft, Agriculture, Industrial, and Commercial Fair is carried out to celebrate the anniversary of Huaraz Political creation. Cultural and recreational activities are held.
22 to 31	Lambayeque	Fexticum - Monsefú. Fair of typical cultural exhibitions, straw, wood and thread craftsmanship (fans, hats, etc.). Folkloric shows.
25 to 31	Pasco	Pozuzo's Tourist Week, Villa Rica. The pioneer farmer tenant's arrival is celebrated (on July 25, 1859). Folk and Tyrolese dances Festival. Blade fighting cock Championship, Ribbon Races.
26 to Aug 6	Ancash	Festival of Mountain climbing, adventure, and singing - Bolognesi and Caraz.
27 to 29	All the Country	National Holidays. Celebrating Peru's Independence (on July, 28th) several activities are carried out.
27 to 31	Cajamarca	Agricultural and Handicraft Fair. Exhibition and sell of regional and the north zone products. Cultural and recreative activities, such as contest of the Peruvian Stepping horse.
27 to 30	Cusco	Yawar Feast. This feast is celebrated by trapping the condor, then with bullfights with the condor at the back and later the condor is released and the dancers celebrate in the streets.
28 to 30	La Libertad	Peruvian Stepping Horse Contest of the Northern zone of the country.
29 to Aug 5	Apurimac	Aymaras: Anniversary and holiday with luxurious wardrobe the people celebrate dancing and singing the "Waylia".
