Our policy is totally dedicated to the customer's satisfaction.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER credit cards .We try to develop our process to make reservations as easy as possible , WE DON'T NEED TO CHARGE YOU THE FULL COST OF THE TOUR BEFORE ARRIVAL,  we only need 50% of the total cost in advance to book you any package tour, the outstanding balance is due only once you arrive in Peru

Modifications (booking changes)

Modifications are allowed up till 60 working days prior to arrival , From the 59th working day to the 31th we reserve the right to accept the modification required or not , according to the availability of rooms and services . We will be unable to accept any booking change from 30 working days, or less, days prior to arrival .

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be sent via fax to +51 1 2421273, quoting your email address and purchase number, at least 60 WORKING days prior to arrival. From the 59th WORKING day to the 31th, we will reserve the right to retain half of the deposit. We will be unable to make any refund from 30 WORKING days, or less, days prior to arrival.
Please note that we are also unable to make any refund if once in Peru you do not take the tour because of illness or due to any other reason.
No reimbursement there will be for lack or inaccuracy of personal documents of expatriation.
