DAY 1. SAN JOSE or LIBERIA, COSTA RICA.
Pick up and transfer from the International Airport to your selected hotel. Rest of the day on your own to enjoy the Hotel amenities and facilities.Overnight.

DAY 2. SAN JOSE or LIBERIA – CAÑO NEGRO.
Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge, a protected area that offers visitors the opportunity to observe a large variety of ecosystems in a single area. Caño Negro is also a spectacular place for bird watching. Afternoon free to enjoy the hotel facilities and amenities.Overnight.

DAY 3. CAÑO NEGRO WILDLIFE REFUGE.
Breakfast at your hotel. Your morning will involve a boat trip through the wetlands during which expert guides will take you on a voyage of adventure and discovery. You will receive data on the conservation of the refuge and our guides will help you identify the many attractive species that make Caño Negro their home. Lunch will be offered at the conclusion of the tour. Overnight.

DAY 4. CAÑO NEGRO – ARENAL VOLCANO
Breakfast at your hotel. Overland transfer to the Arenal Volcano amid the scenic beauty of agricultural farms and picturesque towns along the way. Overnight.

DAY 5. ARENAL VOLCANO.
Breakfast at your hotel. Your morning will include a canopy tour. Admire the beauty surrounding the Arenal Volcano and the subsequent descent of 2.8 kilometers amid the best canopy tour facilities in the country. Overnight.

DAY 6. ARENAL VOLCANO – MONTEVERDE.
Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to the Monteverde cloud forest; en route experience the views of Lake Arenal and many typical rural communities. Afternoon on your own to enjoy the amenities of the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 7. MONTEVERDE.
Breakfast at your hotel. the morning will involve a natural history hike through the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Our expert guides will assist you in in interpreting the many natural wonders of this ecosystem. Overnight.

DAY 8. MONTEVERDE.
Breakfast at your hotel. We take an evening walk in the forest to witness the vibrant and lively night life. Nocturnal animals, looking for a place to sleep, create another world in the forest as they search. You will cherish your memorable experience of observing the wildlife in their natural habitat. Overnight.

DAY 9. MONTEVERDE – SAN JOSE or LIBERIA.
Breakfast at your hotel. At the prearranged time we will start the transfer back to San Jose or Liberia. Rest of the afternoon and evening on your own. Overnight.

DAY 10. SAN JOSE or LIBERIA
Breakfast at your hotel. At the prearranged time, we will transfer you to the International Airport in enough time to board your return flight home.
