Day 1 – SAN JOSE:

Transfer from the International Airport to a hotel in San José. Accommodation in Best Western
Irazú Hotel

Day 2 – SAN JOSE / TORTUGUERO:

Early morning departure from San José to Tortuguero. Today we will pass through the majestic
Braulio Carrillo National Park (sharing a wide variety of flora and fauna) until we get to the
plains on the Caribbean. On our tour to Tortuguero National Park, you will have the opportunity
to be familiarized with the whole process of one of our main export products: bananas; we will
stop by briefly so you can take pictures and learn about banana plantation and collection.
While you are there, enjoy a delicious and typical Costa Rican breakfast.

Upon arrival to Caño Blanco dock, take a comfortable riverboat and enjoy an extraordinary and
exotic paradise while sailing through the Tortuguero Canals and admiring a countless and rich
variety of flora and fauna along the way.

Upon return to the hotel, enjoy a welcome cocktail and a delicious lunch in Laguna Lodge.
After lunch, we will go to the beach, to a local museum and to the little and picturesque town of
Tortuguero. At night, you will have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. Accommodation in

Day 3 – TORTUGUERO / PUERTO VIEJO LIMÓN:

Breakfast at the hotel. Wake up early to enjoy this exotic area. On the way back to the landing
spot, you can continue admiring the variety of flora and fauna along the canals and rivers in
the national park. Ground transfer to the southern Caribbean, specifically to Puerto Viejo in
Limon, a land of great cultural wealth blessed with a very special environment. Enjoy lunch on
the way to Puerto Viejo. Accommodation in Suerre Caribe Hotel

Day 4 – PUERTO VIEJO LIMÓN:

Breakfast at the Hotel. Free day to visit the natural attractions in the area such as Cahuita
National Park and its coral reefs, Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge, the indigenous Bribrí community,
or else to enjoy the enchanting and secluded beaches on the Caribbean. Accommodation in
Suerre Caribe Hotel.

Day 5 – PUERTO VIEJO LIMÓN / ARENAL

Breakfast at the Hotel. We will start our trip to the northern area of the country by noon,
passing through many communities and large agricultural plantations. To avoid returning to the
capital city, you can take a side trip before heading upwards, through Braulio Carrillo National

Park, which will take you to Sarapiquí, Venecia, Aguas Zarcas, and El Muelle until you reach
the small town of La Fortuna, where you can admire the volcano while you approach your base
hotel. Free afternoon and evening to enjoy the views of the volcano. Accommodation in Arenal
Paraíso Hotel.

Day 6 – ARENAL:

Breakfast at the Hotel. Free day to explore the area and take educational tours such as Arenal
National Park, Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge, Arenal Lake, and Hot Springs, among other
attractions. Accommodation in Arenal Paraíso Hotel

Day 7 – ARENAL / MANUEL ANTONIO:

Breakfast at the Hotel. Free morning. In the afternoon, we will go to Manuel Antonio, located
on the Central Pacific, along the edge of Arenal Lake to the Inter-American Highway. On the
way to Manuel Antonio, we will make a technical stop where you can also see some wild
animals back to their homes. Still in route, you can admire large and interesting palm
plantations. Accommodation in Casitas Eclipse Hotel.

Day 8- MANUEL ANTONIO:

Breakfast at the Hotel. Free day to enjoy white-sand beaches and biodiversity in Manuel
Antonio National Park. Accommodation in Casitas Eclipse Hotel.

Day 9 – MANUEL ANTONIO / SAN JOSE:

Breakfast at the Hotel. In the afternoon, we will head back to the capital city, passing through
picturesque towns and admiring panoramic views. Accommodation in Casitas Eclipse Hotel.

Day 10 – SAN JOSE / INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to the International Airport at the agreed time.
